Shipping & Delivery

When you purchase more with us with a certain amount, you are entitled for FREE SHIPPING as we understand that shipping is an extra cost for online shoppers.
We have a variety of shipping methods to accommodate you whether you want it extra fast or so on.
If you overpay us the shipping fee, we will refund you the balance.

Shipment Method 
For local shipment - POSLAJU, RM9.00 (<500gm) and RM3.00 for additional (>500gm)
Courier Service RM15.00 for the first (<1kg)

For other methods of shipping, Pos Ekspres and Register Post are by request.
FREE shipment when your total shopping is MYR200 (not for international shipping) - parcel will be sent out via courier service / Pos Laju.



International (Choices of Air or Surface mail)
 Poslaju Malaysia / Courier Service
15 - 60 days depending on location

Pos Malaysia (Register Post)
30-90 days depending on location
* Parcels heavier than 1kg will be converted to POS Malaysia - Registered Post (will take up to 7 days)


Delivery Policy
  • Orders will be processed on daily basis on working business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Daily cut-off for order processing will be before 12 noon. So payment before 12 noon will be processed on the same day.
  • If item is out of stock due to first come first basis, we will refund you the amount that you have paid or you can choose other item.
  • We reserves the right to decide the cheapest and most effective shipping methods based on location and weight of the items.
  • After shipping out the items, we will inform you the tracking reference.
  • If delivered items are returned due to not complete address or some other mistake, we will not be responsible for resending the items to you. You will have to bear the additional shipping costs of resending. 

How do I trace my parcel?
* Buyer should contact us if the items does not reach you as the estimated delivery time.


Refund / Return Policy
  • For refund / return is valid only for 7 days after we have ship out your order, this is to avoid the return policy being abused.
  • We will accept return for defected item but not after you have tried or wear them.
  • If the mistake of receiving the wrong order, we will accept return and re-send the item back to you.
  • If quality and color are different from what you expected and you wish to return them, we do not accept.
  • If you change your mind after we have ship-out the item, we do not except it unless you want to change to another order. 
  • All items will be inspected before shipping out but we have no control of the condition of the items during transportation, so if items are damaged during shipping, we do not accept return.
  • Please take photo of the damage item and email it to us.
